I am a person that pays a lot of attention to every detail. Yes, there are sometimes surprises in life but in real estate I pride myself on doing exhaustive due diligence and constantly studying the market in order to limit any kind of unsettling “surprise”!
I’ve never been one to be lax regarding my commitments. I love people and am 100% committed to no surprises for my clients unless they are positive surprises! Buying or selling a home or even renting one is a major decision and one that my clients shouldn’t take lightly. I don’t!
I think of selling real estate as both an art form and putting a puzzle together. I oversee all aspects of the process. If a client needs a funding source or title company, I have those relationships and I facilitate the proper actions. I support my clients and their needs in every way possible.
The majority of my business is selling and renting homes to individuals and families. The other sector of my business is working with investors that are interested on buying homes for rentals as an investment property. Though much of the due diligence is similar to a family buying a home to live in the investor has different motivation and perspective.
